The Canadian non-profit, Jack.org, has a COVID-19 Youth Mental Health Resource Hub with valuable resources for coping with uncertainty and anxiety.
Glendon Counselling Centre offers free services to Glendon students. They also have a number of helplines and other resources on their website
Kids Help Phone has an excellent and comprehensive resource tool great for those looking for localized resources (such as counseling services, helplines, and more) anywhere in Canada.
AbilitiCBT is a program that offers a guided internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy program with the support of a licensed counselor. Free for residents of Ontario and Manitoba.
